By using vaidence.com and the interactive demo you accept these terms. The site is operated by Vaidence AI from Bengaluru, India. Questions: contact@vaidence.com.

Not medical advice, and not a medical device

Vaidence AI is a clinical support tool for healthcare professionals. It organises records and shows the source behind what it displays. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not give medical advice to patients.

It is not a clinically validated or regulator-approved medical device, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that it is. Every output is a draft for a qualified clinician to accept, correct or discard. Clinical responsibility stays with the clinician. Nothing on this site or in the demo should be used to make a decision about a real patient.

The demo

The demo is provided for evaluation. Its records are synthetic and its answers are precomputed; it does not perform live AI inference and is not a description of how a clinic deployment behaves. Do not enter real patient information into it — it is a public page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or misrepresent Vaidence AI's capabilities to a third party. If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to contact@vaidence.com before disclosing it.

Intellectual property

The Vaidence AI name, the site, its copy, its designs and the software behind the product are ours. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This website and the demo are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Vaidence AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
