Who this covers
This policy covers vaidence.com — the public website and the interactive product demo at /demo. It does not cover a clinic deployment of Vaidence AI, which is governed by the written agreement signed with that clinic before any record is processed.
What this website collects
We do not set cookies, and we run no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
The site is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server request logs (including IP address, timestamp and user agent) for operational and security purposes. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Pages load a web font from Google Fonts. That request is made by your browser directly to Google and discloses your IP address to Google under their own privacy policy.
The interactive demo collects nothing
The demo ships its synthetic records and its answers inside the page. Questions are matched in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted, logged or stored — there is no request to any server, no database and no AI service behind it. Every patient, doctor, facility and document in it is fictional.
If you contact us or register interest
If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. The interest and walkthrough forms linked from this site are hosted on Google Forms, so what you enter is processed by Google as well as by us. Please do not enter patient information into them.
Clinic and patient records
Patient records are never handled through this website. In a clinic engagement, records are processed only inside an environment configured for that clinic, only for the purposes set out in the written scope, and only by the named people in that agreement. Patient data is never used to train public AI models.
Your choices
Write to contact@vaidence.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond to a reasonable request within 30 days. If we change this policy in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
