Pricing and how Vaidence AI makes money

Vaidence AI is sold as a recurring subscription to doctors, clinics and hospitals: a per-clinician licence for the clinical workspace, with private-cloud and on-premise deployments priced per site. Patients are never charged, and we do not sell data or advertising.

Built for doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and telemedicine teams in India.

Clinic — per clinician, monthly or annual subscription

For individual doctors, clinics and diagnostic centres. The clinical workspace for each licensed clinician, document intake and extraction from the clinic's own records, queue, appointments and follow-up reminders, managed cloud hosting, role-based access and an audit trail. The rate is confirmed during pilot scoping.

Hospital — per site, annual licence, quoted per deployment

For hospitals and groups that need their own infrastructure. Everything in Clinic across departments, private cloud, on-premise or hybrid deployment, integration with existing hospital, laboratory and imaging systems, named support and a written data-processing agreement.

How the money works

The core revenue line is a recurring per-clinician subscription, billed monthly or annually. It scales with the number of doctors using the workspace, not with the number of patients or documents, so a clinic's cost does not rise because its record-keeping improved. Managed cloud is included; private cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployments and integrations into existing systems are quoted per site.

Patients never pay. The patient-facing space is part of what a clinic licenses — patients are not charged, not upsold and not the product. We do not sell patient data, we do not carry advertising, and patient data is never used to train public AI models.

Exact figures are being set with the first pilot clinics and will be published on this page once they are fixed. Until then a clinic gets a written quote during pilot scoping, before anything is configured — see Working with Vaidence.
