Vaidence is organised around five nouns: Patients, Consultations, Follow-ups, Referrals and Documents. AI is the intelligence running through those workflows - not a separate destination.
1. Know the patient before the room
Records arrive and become organised intelligence: what changed since the last visit, what is unresolved, and what matters today. The patient header with identity and safety context is visible wherever patient work happens.
2. Conduct the consultation
Conversation, dictation, typing or structured entry all converge into one clinical state. Capture saves locally first - a dropped connection never destroys the encounter.
3. Finish the work
The clinical package is prepared for review: exceptions first, evidence on every fact, global correction when one fact appears in several documents. Nothing is signed by omission.
4. Continue the care
Follow-ups and referrals are tracked states, not messages thrown over a wall: Draft, Sent, Received, Accepted, Scheduled, Seen - each worded honestly.
